BESPOKE CREATIVE MANAGEMENT

I lead bespoke creative project management that integrates project oversight, photo and archive stewardship, and digital organization into one considered practice.

This work supports individuals, artists, and studios managing complex, evolving projects. My approach is disciplined and informed by psychology and lived experience, with an emphasis on clarity, accessibility, and continuity.

How I lead

I lead by listening first.

Before building systems or timelines, I take time to understand how you work, your priorities, and where things feel heavy or fragmented. From there, I design structures that feel intuitive, flexible, and sustainable—never imposed. My role is to maintain perspective, reduce friction, and bring steadiness to projects that need mindful leadership.

Who This Is For

Artists and creatives managing complex, multi-layered bodies of work
Individuals overseeing meaningful personal archives
Studios seeking thoughtful, hands-on leadership support
People navigating transitions who need clarity without overwhelm

Ways We Can Work Together

Projects are custom-scoped and may take the form of short-term leadership, ongoing support, or discrete engagements.

I work fractionally and on a freelance or project basis, offering creative and operational leadership to individuals and studios as needs evolve. My multidisciplinary experience allows me to integrate creative vision with logistics and follow-through within a single engagement.
